One of my favorites is to add olive oil to a sauce pan with chopped garlic, salt, & pepper. Stir fry, then gently toss in the chopped tomatoes and fresh basil for a quick sauté’ followed by adding cooked pasta noodles and continue to toss until blended. Serve topped with a grated parmesan cheese. Simple and delicious!
